  San Isidro, Libmanan. Bishop Jose R. Rojas Jr. declared today Our Lady of the Pillar as the Diocesan Marian Patroness. He simultaneously declared the parish church as the "Santuario Diocesano", Diocesan Marian Shrine for the pilgrimages especially for the members of the SKK, saradit na kristiyanong komunidad. The declaration was held during the Eucharistic Celebration in honor of the parish patroness whose feastday is joyously raised today October 12, 2009.
The parishioners are now preparing for the Silver Jubilee Celebration next year. Founded in March 26, 1985, the parish community is strengthening its pastoral program which is the building of small christian communities, SKK. At the same time, through the leadership of the parish priest, Rev. Fr. Ferdinand C. Navera, the parish is beautifying the church altar and facade. The roofing still needs reinforcement if no reconstruction is possible due to financial constraint.
